Idiom Summit: Twice as Big as 2006

Posted on by John Yunker

I’m at the Idiom user conference, being held this week in the beautiful Hotel Del in San Diego. If you look at attendees as a barometer of idiom’s success, there are 224 attendees here today representing 105 companies — double the number at last year’s event in San Jose. And this does not include the many blue-shirted Idiom employees who are here in number.

Last year, I wrote that Idiom appeared to be hitting its stride. The company has had great success partnering with translation agencies and other software vendors. And Idiom’s new hosted software offering bodes well for the future.

I’ll try to post notes from upcoming sessions. Also check out Idiom’s blog at http://idiominc.com/blog/.
